Describe the bug
When a default tome fails parsing it causes all subsequent tomes
To be skipped resulting in Tavern booting with only a few tomes.

To Reproduce
Removed the SUPPORT_MODEL line from a default tomes metadata and start the server.

Expected behavior
All other tomes should load or tavern should abort and fail loudly.
