Last known status for skipped checks

When configuring a check to run every now and then, the built-in status page displays these checks as skipped unless you're accessing the page in the minute that the health command was executed in.
Yet, those intermittent checks were checked, but just not at that time. The status page is sort of useless for those kind of checks right now.

It would be better if the status page showed the last known check result, accompanied with its timestamp, instead of just showing it as skipped.
