Missing METHOD property prevents CANCEL status from working

✏️ Describe the bug
VCALENDAR METHOD property not set. - Cannot cancel an appointment.

↪️ To Reproduce
METHOD property appears to be required to cancel an appointment. Setting event Status to Cancelled does not work in most apps (gmail, outlook), but if METHOD:REQUEST is included in the VCALENDAR it works.

✅ Expected behavior
Provide ability to set the METHOD and SEQUENCE properties per spec.
