Help needed for Swiss holidays

I have started working on fixing the holidays for the French-speaking swiss cantons, and I've found out that one of them (Fribourg) has two sets of official holidays, depending the part of the canton (catholic or reformed). How should I handle this, should I add a new region for the missing part (ch-fr-ref for example) ?

Ended up doing it this way: ch-fr is the default and gets an alias: ch-fr-c (c for 'catholic'), and the special part gets a new locale ch-fr-r (for 'reformed')
