Failed to verify signature, no signatures found error

Hi there, any help would be appreciated!
I have a new sparrow wallet. I attempted to sign a transaction using my password and was met with this error that said "Thread-39 Failed to verify signature" and "No signatures found".

So I attempted to use the password to view log in again and it worked fine.

So I retried sending the transaction and the same error occurred.

So I reset my password....tried it to view my seed and it worked...then I tried this new password to verify a transaction but it wouldn't work.

Now I cannot log back into the account and neither password works. I have my recovery seed so I don't know what is recommended.

Any help?

Unfortunately the scammers are getting out of control on this website.

Wrt to your issue - what version of Sparrow are you using? Can you attach the log file from your Sparrow home directory (see FAQ to find it), or an excerpt from it showing the errors you experienced?
