App does nothing or doesnt start

• I've checked for other issues, and none exist.

Issue description

upon installing, spacedrive does nothing. It is present in task manager as sd-desktop.exe and that is it.
trying previous versions it appears as spacedrive.exe, and does nothing
versions =<0.2.14 crash on start

if there is something needed before or after, it is not documented or is not installed as a prereq with he msi installer

the screenshots and calling it sd-desktop implies it is a self contained application, the log indicates it is listening on localhost
understanding it is react, it could do either, however it seems to do neither

ENG-1948 App does nothing or doesnt start

Found the issue, msedgewebview2.exe is required. I had previously forcefully removed anything edge related and still this is the only application that has ever needed it.
