Recipe nfs::_common breaks on Debian 9

Encountered issue on Debian 9 host machine, running recipe on bento/debian-9. Error is reproducible every time and on MacOS Sierra too. After below is dumped, I can login to the machine, and get more info.

systemctl status nfs-common.service

Loaded: masked (/dev/null; bad)
Active: inactive (dead)

If I try to unmask the service nothing happens.
