Description

Orchagent crash during warm-reboot from 201811 to 202012 image which includes changes to add back 10G ports (#9820).

Syslog error:

str-s6100-acs-2 ERR syncd#syncd: :- processQuadInInitViewModeRemove: port object (oid:0x1000000000022) can't be removed in init view mode

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Load 201811 image
2. Warm-reboot to 202012 image which includes Dell S6100: Addition of 10G ports #9820

Orchagent crash with the above error logged by syncd in syslog

Describe the results you expected:

Warm-reboot completes with no crash
