问题描述
docker部署one-api在自己的两台电脑上，两台电脑都出现了一样的问题
数据库用sqllite，挂载了一个本地目录到docker作为/data目录
添加了百度千帆的渠道

大概有一半以上的概率，docker容器启动后，需要等若干时间，api才能使用。也有启动后，很快能用的情况。但没有一直不能用的情况。
看docker logs，没发现有问题的日志

每次docker启动，api就能立马可用
