Support for AI/ML Components on huggingface.co

IQ 184 introduced analysis capabilities for Huggingface.

Would be great if this Browser Extension could highlight risk whilst browsing huggingface.co.

This will be split into two parts:

1. Single Model/PURL per page/URL:
   Ability to parse huggingface.co pages for an initial set of the supported model formats, but to only report on the first model identified. This is inline with all other ecosystems and OSS registries supported today - i.e. for a given page/URL, only one PURL is calculated/identified, and reported upon
2. Support for multiple PURLs identified per page/URL:
   Ability to parse one or more PURLs from a single page/URL, allowing the page to be annotated in one or more places.
   It is yet to be decided how this will work with the Popup.

Option 2 has been chosen.

Additional sub-tasks required:

• Update to use .storage.session for caching ComponentDetails response(s) #160
• Store in Session Storage list of Purls already calculate for the current Tab #161
• Load from Session Storage list of Purls for Extension Popup (stop re-calculating Purls!) #162
• Update PopUp UI to allow selection of PURL where more than one has been identified #164
