Add ability to select columns that are present in phenotyping spreadsheets created for field trials (match option present when creating field book field layout files).

Expected Behavior

For phenotyping spreadsheets, you only have the option to create a "simple" or "detailed" version. It would be useful to add additional info like you can for the field book file creation (i.e. pedigree, synonyms, variety).
