OIC: Adapt sol_oic_client_get_server_info_by_addr() and sol_oic_client_get_platform_info_by_addr() to support device and platform discovery

Functions sol_oic_client_get_server_info_by_addr() and sol_oic_client_get_platform_info_by_addr() were created to retrieve information from a single device/platform. adapt them to support multicast discovery and maybe rename them to sol_oic_client_find_devices and oic_client_find_platform.
