Error in if (TFR[i] > y_upper) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed
Calls: evaluateMotif -> plotRRC
In addition: Warning messages:
1: Censored sample for null model estimation has only size 0 !
2: Censored sample for null model estimation has only size 0 !

This was caused by early stopping in the scoring function in FDR. Fixed it and updates are on the BaMMmotif master branch now.
