Explicitely mention that this is a KDEConnect client

I just saw this Reddit thread and people are claiming everywhere that there's no implementation running on Apple devices.
And I can absolutely understand this: the README doesn't mention KDEConnect at all and the website only mentions this in a footnote.

Thus it would probably be great to mention this explicitly in the README and on the website.
Something like "This is a KDEConnect compatible client." in a visible place.

That's true. Reading the official website I couldn't understand where I can find an android application :)
