Just need to add a link from https://django-socio-grpc.readthedocs.io/en/stable/features/enumerations.html#modify-how-enums-are-generated-using-generation-plugins to https://django-socio-grpc.readthedocs.io/en/stable/settings.html#default-generation-plugins

and in the same time fix the doc of default-generation-plugins to precise that it need an instance and not an import
