[REFACTOR] Implement React-Beautiful-DnD or DndKit alternative

Description

The introduction of DnD kit to the MVP Build introduced many unnecessary bugs and frankly, many side effects that aren't documented that well within DnD kit. There are a lot more robust solutions than what we originally intended for in this project.
