Standard image doesn't support secrets

Describe the bug

In #9313/#9331 there was an FPM image added, but it's not pushed to the registry, as far as I know.

Apart from that, the default image doesn't support Docker Secrets.

Please add support for secrets to the default image; additionally you might be able to push the alpine-fpm image to the registry.

Reproduction steps

1. try to use secrets
2. get Please re-run this container with an environment variable $APP_KEY error message

Expected behavior

The default image should support Docker Secrets and replace the variable APP_KEY with the contents of the secret file.
