Hi,
Thanks for your excellent job on this cartridge.
How should we upgrade our gears (scalable ones in my case), for example: from go-1.4 to go-1.4.1 as there's no upgrade script in /bin ?

the hot_deploy marker file trick recommended here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23753633/rebuild-openshift-cartridge-without-deleting-app doesn't even work.
