[Aesthetic Request] Make the extension icon bigger

Hello

Your extension works great on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, latest google chrome and latest uGet.
However, I suggest making the extension icon a little larger?

An option to modify the size would be awesome!

I'd suggest using this icon in whatever the max size is for an extension, I am not sure what that might be but the attached image is 48x48.

Hi,

I don't think browsers offer an option to change the size. It is decided by the browser. However, there is a small padding around the existing icon. That can be removed to make the icon bit larger.

@MichaelTunnell could you please share icon you suggest in 128x128px. The web store expects that size and I don't want to lose the quality by enlarging the 48x48 one. For the extension, we need to provide smaller sizes but I can create them by resizing the larger one.

We don't want to remove all the padding. I'm not sure, but that might make it a little too big.
Let us take the size of Ad Block Plus as a reference. I think its size is perfect. Maybe remove half of the remaining padding?

Now to be honest, if you scope down into both icons in the screen capture, they look like they're almost the same in size, but usually our eyes don't perceive it on first glance.

That is probably because the icon has padding itself and then added padding by the browser. The default icon we used back then had padding for the shadow effect. I am considering updating the icon for the app, we'll see.

I shared that because that was the biggest I had. I will make a new one at that size though as soon as I have time to do so.

The icon suggested by you also has a padding so I leave this issue open until you create the new icon. Since this issue is less important we can take our time.
