A gif editor plugin for Wordpress based on gifsicle that preserves animation and optimizes images. This will only be used by WP for gif files.
The plugin will only activate on systems that have gifsicle binary installed (sudo apt-get install gifsicle).
Just copy plugin in wp-content/plugins or install with wp-cli.
