Infinite repeat of "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'childNodes' of null" error #88

Verified I could reproduce this locally plus in the demo at http://quilljs.com/. To repeat:

Click anywhere in the editor
Hit enter twice
Delete/backspace one of the newlines

The browser will start throwing the same error over and over: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'childNodes' of null"
