Fonts need a minimum absolute value, based on human sight limits and conveniences. Bellow such limit, reponsiveness might be pursued by readjusting relative positions and display states of elements. Yet, proportional/relative size values may be only needed for greater screen resolutions, as absolute values generally serve a large range of resolutions.
