Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The current docs website isn't versioned. At the moment it reflects the master branch, but should really be versioned so that users on different versions can access the correct documentation.

Describe the solution you would like

Enable versioning with Docsy as documented here

This could be tricky using branches with GitHub Pages, so might have to use manual copies of the docs folder
