Remove bootstrap from css or make a build version without it

Including bootstrap inside Oligrapher can creates conflicts with other styles on the page that is using Oligrapher. I propose we either find the styles from bootstrap that we use and create on our stylesheet for oligrapher or create a build option that allows an external bootstrap to be used and/or other stylesheets.
