Missing tools for Chrome users on Macbooks #34

For two users (on Macbooks using Chrome, don’t know more specifics than that), when they opened oligrapher, the name entry field for adding a new node was missing, as were the rest of the tools that are on the top of the map canvas, and none of the other buttons worked.
