Ubuntu 24.04 不再使用 source.list 来配置源

当前版本的 /etc/apt/sources.list 内容为

即，配置改为编辑 /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources
将里面的两行 URIs: 均改为 https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/ubuntu
