Landmark Click Interactions

A client-side registry of landmark+nbt accepting callbacks.

A new HasClickEvent interface for landmarks with an ID for this registry, and an NBT compound for any extra data.

Surveyor can provide some generic ones like surveyor:chat and surveyor:command, but the API could be utilized to easily implement things like teleporting to waypoints.

Clicks that pan to other landmarks / parts of the map / dimensions would be great too - like nether portal landmarks that swap to/from the nether at the right coordinates.
