No Knead Refrigerator Bread Recipe
(taken from http://jezebel.com/5881847/how-to-make-easy-fast-foolproof-bread-from-scratch)
Ingredients/Equipment:
3 cups warm water
1.5 tbsp active dry yeast
1.5 tbsp salt or an equivalent amount of your preferred yeast
6.5 cups flour
Large resealable container at least double the size of your mixture
Prep directions:
1. In the large resealable container stir together warm water, salt and yeast. Let sit a few minutes until yeast dissolves and starts bubbling.
2. Stir in flour. Mixture should resemble a loose very sticky dough.
3. Loosely cover the container and let dough sit at room temperature until it rises, usually 1 - 2 hours.
4. Fit the lid on the container and put it into the fridge - at least over night and up to 3 weeks. Whenever you’re in the mood for fresh bread, see the baking directions.
Baking directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Oil a pan and grab a chunk of the dough.
3. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes (for average loaf pan)
4. Enjoy fresh bread! (for enhanced eating pleasure, add butter)
