First submitted version

The Collision code and plots are all complete, and verified. The four rooms and high variance four rooms environment are not yet verified. The plots for the two new environments are not ready yet.

First working version

This version has been tested and is working on both Cedar and Niagara Compute Canada servers.
The results for all algorithms seem to correct.
No plotting code ready yet.
