Temporary enchant (Howling Rune) that doesn't exist but blocking simulation

Describe the bug

Trying to sim my Monk, and only my Monk, results in an error:

"Player Pub enchant 'Howling Rune' (id=6518) requires a maximum ilevel of 535, item 'earthen_scallywags_greatstaff' has 584Initializing: Actor 'Pub': Player 'Pub' unable to create action: bonedust_brew"

This does not happen on any other character.

Expected behavior

Simulation to work as usual

To Reproduce

Tried changing weapons, appyling new enchants (Algari Mana Oil), relogging, disabling all addons but SimC

The sims are not lying. In-game I just tested and I cannot use the Dragonflight Howling Rune onto my 619 weapon. My weapon is too high for the rune to work. The error message is saying your weapon is too high:

'Howling Rune' (id=6518) requires a maximum ilevel of 535,

I do not have Howling Rune on any weapon, and it still says the same error when I switch weapons.

Looks like an issue with default Mistweaver settings. I will reopen and fix.

Do keep in mind that the Mistweaver spec is presently not supported, and does not yield even remotely valid results.
