I would love another option under Pins Element Type = simple text field #32

I just stumbled upon this plugin and will be using it so that my client and his team can make changes to the pins on images themselves. This donkeytail solution is really awesome and makes things much easier for my client. The goal of the pins on images for us, is to show what modifications the golf course is will have in the next few months. So for example, we would use pins such as : "Reshape fairway bunker" , "Plant 5 large trees" , "Widen Main Tee".

In the "Pins Element Type" dropdown, we would love to see just a basic text field (no relation to an entry).
Currently, the donkeytail field we use is on a channel section, they select the picture that they want to show the pins on, they pin the pins on the image and write a little text in a "Pins Element Type" = entries. We don't link out to an entry and we don't ever reuse the text on these pins, so I figured I would make a feature request that will probably be valuable for you or other people looking for a simpler version of the plugin, maybe you could reduce your plugin price if its just a simple text field? :P

Another thing I would recommend, in the docs you have a section "Real world example". I would love to see how you use tippy.js and how I could recreate the same exact user experience you offer in the control panel for the hover popup. I wanted to offer the same view, same pins, but realized I had to figure this out myself on tippy.js docs. Just my two cents!

Thank you for this great plugin!

I'd also like to see a "basic text field" option so the editor can add the pin name without having to first create an entry. I have a map where I simply need a Country name pinned and it would be useful in this case.

+1 on this. I was on the look out for a simple image-map plugin, this is soooo close.
