Nice Tool, please create Release-Tags #123

Would be nice, if you could create "Tags" for Releases in your GitHub Repo.
That way it's a bit easier to stay up to date with new versions.

BTW: Thanks a lot for this nice tool!

Only know the docs for it, and that other projects do it like this.
