Friendly feature request: show upload progress in terminal window #122

I've made a very simple deploy.js and go $ node deploy.js in Terminal.
It would be good to know the progress and maybe even the file that's currently uploading.

I stared at the terminal and refreshed my FTP client (which I do not intend to use further) to see if my script is working.
Some feedack would be nice.
