I would like an enhancement in which we can set fill color of a cell/ text color of a cell with alpha/opacity value. I was generating different colors based on the alpha that I need to show in the table.

Would be great! As far as I can tell alpha/transparency/opacity is not supported in jsPDF right now (parallax/jsPDF#3350). Lets keep this issue open as a feature request for whenever it is implemented in jsPDF.
