Allow to choose if owner is printed

I have a suggestion for an improvement :

Have the ability to choose if the owner informations appear when printing RNU infos with a privileged account.

Actually if a townhouse's secretary is connected and print it for a citizen, the owner infos appear because her account is connected with cadastre's access role.
It can be a source of mistake.

Please describe more what you expect for the process.

I suggest :

• click on the print button
• a modal message appears
• choose with or without owner informations (radio button)
• validate to print / get the PDF
