Feature request: resend the content of a conversation.

Please consider allowing the option to resend the entire content of a conversation. This can be very useful if:

1. a user has lost their device and wishes to recover all of their past messages from a shared conversation with another user on a new device.
2. a user wishes to recover the contents of a conversation on another device.

since signal on some devices does not even offer a backup option (iPhone, for example) this could be an elegant workaround. This would also be useful in group chats where admins may wish to bring new group members up to date.

This also might be useful with intermittent message send failures due to network or other issues. When this happens, sometimes the text appears to the recipient out of order.

Workaround: resend a screenshot of your screen to provide context/clarity. Not very privacy-friendly if it saves to your "Photos" app.
