Feature Request: Option to remember text input size

Bug Description

If you expand input text field in one conversation and click on second conversation, input field gets back to default small size. Field size should be remembered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. choose conversation A
2. expand text field
3. choose conversation B

Actual Result:
Text field is small again.

Expected Result:
Text field stays expanded.

Signal Version:
Signal Desktop 1.28.0

Operating System:
Win10
