Bug Description

Using server-side window decorations have been deprecated under GNOME 3 for some time. It would be good if Signal were to integrate with the desktop better by using client side decorations (CSD) instead.

Signal was actually directly mentioned in that article. It's included in a table of applications that still need to make the switch.
