Add possibility to pair without camera

Reasons for that:

• Camera could be broken
• device could be without camera
• not allowed (or willing) to install barcode scanner...

Typing that tsdevice URI might be tricky though, could be some shortified version

I encountered exactly this problem when trying to setup Signal Desktop for someone.

His camera is broken. Would help to be at least able to switch to the front-camera (this one is still working).
