I just saw here,
you ask there, about reverse function, to encode text from windows-1251 to Unicode.

I can't write response for you on stackoverflow, because my browser is too old to open this, they writted their scripts for ES6, not ES5, no any backward compatibility, and after registration, this want 50 reputation. So I'm in readonly there, and just talk on imageboards, because I hate that registration, and the chasing for a reputation.
