pycharm2023.3.2 can not log in.

您好， 博主：
我在ubuntu20.04 使用了vpn(clash的方式)， pycharm2023.3.2 信息如下，
我对其中的http 代理使用 三种方式 无代理， 自动检测， 手动代理，
然后检查连接时 都可以通过， 但是 就是无法登录， 也没有提示网页登录信息， 重启过。

请帮忙查看以下，谢谢。
