SHIFT-JIS error

[scuti-dai]

My dio return this array: [142, 82, 250, 177, 32, 149, 113, 142, 247]
But i see, have some characters that can't not decoded.
Result: 山�ｱ 敏樹
But It is "山﨑 敏樹"

Or: �y谷 祐介
=> 硎谷 祐介
Note: i use Postman and the response is a success
