Use commas instead of repeating ands #4

When I use taw to render a time that is rather long in the past I get:

6 months and 3 weeks and 6 days and 15 hours and 1 minute and 12 seconds

e.g.

Binary updated 6 months and 3 weeks and 6 days and 15 hours and 1 minute and 12 seconds ago

Humans don't normally write like this, instead we would write:

Binary updated 6 months, 3 weeks, 6 days, 15 hours, 1 minute and 12 seconds ago

I think taw should use commas for all but the last "and".
