省级数据和国家级数据更新不match #7

省级的数据更新较之国家的数据有出入，举例说山西的确诊人数47，国家人数为11901. 国家数据已经更新到11901的时候山西数据还在39，说明数据库的更新互相不关联

现在山西56，全国14411，是匹配的，你可以看看你现在是不是匹配的
