[Bug] Move Items button does nothing / quick craft also does nothing.

What happened?

REI.move.items.bug.mp4

The "move items" plus button and quick craft keybind do absolutely nothing! I tried both versions of the 1.21.3 mod (17.0.790 and 17.0.789)

Same issue for me.
REI 17.0.790 and 17.0.789 with mc 1.21.3 or 1.21.2 on Server and Client.

1.21.1 with 16.0.788 works fine.

Might be an issue related to bundles.
