REI Testing 20230219: Mini Recipes, Categories Hiding & Ordering

Hello World!

This is an unstable branch update for you, we are ever closer to REI 8.4!

There are still no ETAs on this REI update. I am surprised I can implement this many features in a single day! I hope I get more time to work on REI in the future.

My college entrance exams are already old news, let's look at what's changed in this build!

Changes

• New Categories Ordering / Hiding Configuration
  You may access this option right under Functionality in the Config Menu. This screen allows you to toggle the visibility of each category, order them, and disable quick craft for them.
• Mini Recipes Favorites
  You can now add recipes directly to the favorites area! They look like small items with a recipe border. You can expand them by dragging them up to the previous pinned recipes area, or discard them away as per usual.
