Applied energistics Crafting recipes not showing

I'm putting together a custom fabric modpack for me and my friend and i just installed applied energistics version. However when I click for crafting recipes, all that shows is the tags tab and recipes for twilight forest's uncrafting table (i tried removing twilight forest and it had no effect other than removing the uncrafting table recipe). I'm using REI 8..3.529. Any help would be appreciated
