Mekanism Alloys not showing up in REI

I created a Modpack named "Friends United" the single player shows the Alloys but the server I also have for the modpack will not show the alloys. I have checked mekanism multiple times but can't find anything on it. REI doesn't have a server config that I can find. Am i doing something wrong or is there some soft of achievement system.

Minecraft 1.19.2
Forge 43.1.1
Tons of mods but none that lock, or change recipes.
