Add more code documentation (summary tags etc) and enable code documentation generation during builds #71

All disabled documentation related StyleCop rules should be re-enabled to have a means of verifying that (in the end) all types and members are documented.

Thanks, would be good! I have just gotten so used to not having them that I don't look at them any more! :) I guess priority would be on stuff that would be commonly used by end users.

I just did all types in the SharpArch.Domain project. More will follow soon.
