I ran prepare_image.bat but return

mount: /dev/block/sda1: need -t
cp: bad '/data/local/tmp/root/*/initrd.img': No such file or directory
cp: bad '/data/local/tmp/root/*/initrd.img.old': No such file or directory
cp: bad '/data/local/tmp/root/*/ramdisk.img.old': No such file or directory
umount: /data/local/tmp/root: Invalid argument

ummm. Nox have root, https://www.bignox.com/blog/how-to-root-nox-app-player/

Nox has root. We both knew. But it is Superuser by Koush not Magisk. You think we are dumb?

Moreover, the owner of this issue want to install Magisk. I think you have problem with your brain and reading skill. That's why you comment like that
